Has your booking been affected by covid?
If you have a booking with us and your hire has been affected by covid please contact us to discuss your options.
Please rest assured that you do have options. We have waived our normal cancellation fees and terms to offer you one of the following actions in advance of your hire date:
- Reschedule your hire dates to a future date. If there is a price difference, it will apply.
- If you are unsure of new travel dates you can convert your booking payment to a Travel Voucher with no expiry date.
Otherwise our normal cancellation policy as per our Terms & Conditions will apply.
